CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF COTTAGES

Our company had a task to complete customs clearance of cottages within the shortest possible time. The cottages arrived disassembled in containers and were intended to be exhibited at the Eastern Economic Forum. The challenge of customs clearance in that case was that it was almost impossible to identify a disassembled cottage in a container. We have done a great job of collecting an exhaustive set of plans and drawings providing a comprehensive idea of assembling a cottage to confirm the details stated in the customs declaration. As a result, the complicated clearance was completed within the stipulated shortest time, and the partners from the Russian division of Iida Group Holdings highly appreciated our job.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND TRANSPORTATION OF GOLD MINING EQUIPMENT

November 2018. Customs clearance and transportation of gold mining equipment for FLSmidth (BRANCH OF FLS NELSON RUS, FLSMIDTH RUS).
Route: Vladivostok – Nikolaevsk-on-Amur.
Destination: a gold mine.
During the summer, cargo transportations across the Amur River are done with a tow boat, in wintertime – over ice road. In November, ice on the river begins to freeze up. In order to reduce the delivery time and save about 50% of the client's costs on cargo transportation across the river, we have decided to move the equipment from the truck to a warehouse for three days and wait till lightweight vehicles are permitted to travel over the ice. Thus, we managed to cut the costs for almost a half. And the equipment arrived ahead of the agreed schedule.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF PRECAST STAIR FLIGHTS - FIRST IN RUSSIA

Clearance of the first-in-Russia precast concrete stair flights for FORA Systems LLC. Precast stairs constitute a rigid core of the building together with the wall and floor framework and represent a solid concrete structure without cold joints. The challenge resided in the fact that such goods turned out to be new for the customs, which generated questions regarding the classification code.

Thanks to our team's high professionalism and expertise, as well as a properly elaborated cooperation with the customs, the stair flights were safely delivered to the exhibition, and then to the construction site.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF MEDICAL X-RAY SYSTEMS

Customs clearance of medical dental X-ray systems for Konregfarma LLC. The specific aspect of customs clearance was that this category of the goods could be cleared with 0% VAT which would significantly reduce costs for the client. Our company correctly selected and provided a relevant full set of documents, thereby saving the client from overpaying a VAT and extra charges.

TRANSPORTATION AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF AN ASPHALT CONCRETE FACTORY

The case required special attention due to the fact that it was a high-tech equipment including out-of-gauge components, which should be delivered with the carrier's special care, great experience and professionalism in order to address every possible contingency while delivering the goods. Our company cleared the equipment, confirmed the declared customs value and delivered the equipment in 40ft containers to the destination in the town of Arseniev without any extra efforts by the client.
